Exchanges: You’ll receive store credit for the product cost only. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Defective Items: If your item is defective or damaged, please contact us immediately. In such cases, we may cover the return shipping cost.
Refund & Exchange Policy
EXCHANGES ONLY – NO RETURNS
WE ONLY ALLOW EXCHANGES. WE DO NOTACCEPT RETURNS OR GENERAL REFUNDS.
IN RARE CASES OF DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS, PLEASE REFER TO THE DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS SECTION BELOW.
EXCHANGES ARE OFFERED UNDER THE CONDITIONS OUTLINED BELOW.
Exchange Policy
You have 10 days from the date of delivery to request an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange:
The item must be unworn, unused, and in its original packaging. (Signs of wear, such as deodorant stains, etc., will disqualify eligibility.)
All items are subject to inspection. If an exchange is declined based on condition, it will be sent back to you after an additional return label is paid.
For exchanges, customers will receive store credit for the product(s) cost only. Please note that the initial shipping fee is non-refundable.
To request an exchange, email us at 📧no-reply@tarssee.com Do not send items back without confirmation. Unapproved returns will not be accepted.
Damaged or Defective Items
In the rare event this occurs:
Inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
Contact us within 24–48 hours if your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
In very rare cases where parcels are lost in transit or stolen, a police report must be filed for a case to be opened and investigated.
If your damaged/defective item is approved for a refund, it must be returned to us first.
Upon receipt, a refund to your original payment method or store credit (based on your preference) will be processed.
Please allow 1–5 business days after delivery for exchanges or returns to be processed. Feel free to reach out if you have not received an update in due time.
Refunds (For Damaged/Defective Items Only)
Refunds are issued only for approved cases of damaged or defective items.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
You will be notified of the refund status.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method or store credit based on your preference.
Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
