Processing Time

We ship on Mondays and Thursdays. All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after being placed, excluding weekends and public holidays.

During busy periods (e.g., festive seasons or bank holidays, flash sales), processing may take up to an additional 2 business days.

If further security checks are required, processing will be paused until we receive the requested information.

If no one is available at your address, the courier will leave a notice to collect the parcel at your local depot.
